We Stand Behind Our Work

We not only provide our buyers, opportunities to inspect our work with us two times during construction and then upon delivery but two more times during the first year of the warranty period to make certain your home meets your expectations. We also provide you with a Homeowner’s Orientation Manual at the time you purchase your home. Inside it you will find detailed information to help you understand what to expect and guide you through your experience buying and or building your Sunnyside home. It explains about our written warranties, how our customer service and other processes work, our joint responsibilities as well as helpful tips on caring for your new home after you move in to enhance its value. Sunnyside is truly committed to your satisfaction, while building value with quality and integrity.

Your Builder

Ed Ulibarri, a 3rd generation Montrose native, our manager, has been a builder of quality homes since 1980 and in Montrose County since 1994. Focus on delivering lasting value and meeting the needs of his customers is at the heart of all his activities. Focus on quality construction is a keystone of Sunnyside Homebuilders; he’s qualified too –he’s a certified building inspector by the International Conference of Building Officials.

He is not only committed to insuring Sunnyside Homebuilders is providing value to his customers but to his community too. Ed’s a member of the Montrose Planning Commission, Habitat For Humanity Board of Directors Montrose County Fair Board, Passage Charter School Board, Commander of the American Legion Post 73, and the Montrose-Delta Electric Association Customer Advisory Board. He’s also a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association. Ed was recently selected as 2003 Business Man of the Year by the Business Advisory Council.
