How do we get started?
The home-buying or design build process starts with
contacting us. We
will arrange a time to meet so we can show you some of the many homes we
have built and the ideas and details that make a Sunnyside Homebuilders home
so unique. If you already have a plan we can estimate it for you and offer
any creative suggestions we might have from our over 25 years experience of
building quality homes. After you have narrowed your ideas for your next
home, we can arrange to have the plans drawn to further refine your concept.
Many of our customers are first time home buyers, so feel free to involve us
in all aspects of your planning of your new home project from financing to
location. We can help you get started and answer all of your questions about
building a new home.
